Street Fighter 1.0
This 4 week challenge includes 4 workouts per week that include:
- 2 Upper Body Workouts
- 2 Lower Body Workouts
- 2 Core Workouts
- 4 Full Body Workouts
- 1 Core & Cardio Workout
The workouts are 33-41 minutes long and include a blend of strength (AMRAP style - as many reps as possible of one exercise per song) and cardio (1 minute Turbo Kick short combos) to deliver results with minimal time! Â

Street Fighter 2.0
This 4 week challenge includes 5 workouts per week that include:
- 2 NEW Upper Body Workouts
- 2 NEW Lower Body Workouts
- 2 NEW Core & Cardio Workouts

- 2 Bulletproof Stretch Workouts
The workouts are 21-46 minutes long and include a blend of strength (AMRAP style - as many reps as possible of one CIRCUIT per 3 songs) and cardio (1 Turbo Kick section, short and long combos) to crank up the intensity and test your endurance.
