Street Fighter 4.0 is a 4-week high-energy strength + cardio challenge designed to make working out feel like a FUN GAME vs a boring chore you dread completing. 

This challenge is about unlocking the next level of yourself that is strong, energized, resilient, and CONFIDENT.

🥊 THE GAMEPLAY

The workout schedule combines:

  • Street Fighter Workouts (Strength Training + Turbo Kick)

  • Active Recovery (PiYo, Core, and Mobility)

Workout length: No longer than 40 minutes. Get in and get on with your day.
Schedule: 5 workouts per week. 13 BRAND NEW workouts total.
