The workout schedule combines:

Street Fighter Workouts (Strength Training + Turbo Kick)

Active Recovery (PiYo, Core, and Mobility)
Workout length: No longer than 40 minutes. Get in and get on with your day.
Schedule: 5 workouts per week. 13 BRAND NEW workouts total.
